MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide individual support to internal employees’ company hardware (iPhone, desk phone, MacBook) and software platforms (Salesforce and Google).
  • Provide technical assistance with the company office equipment (printers, digital signage, Apple TVs) as well as local network equipment (Access Points, network switches, low voltage connections).
  • Provide admin support for additional IT platforms including company MDM and website.
  • Assist in training employees, subcontractors and clients on how to use our systems, as needed.
  • Provide on-call desktop support for all internal employees.
  • Provide on-call portal support to our clients.
  • Provide on-call mobile application support to our subcontractors.
  • Lead new employee onboarding of accounts and equipment. This includes:
    • Set up physical workstation
    • Set up required software accounts
    • Set up company hardware including laptop, desk phone and cell phone
  • Track all company-owned equipment; advise Supervisor when additional equipment is needed.
  • Keep supplemental documentation on company IT procedures up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure that internal employees adhere to company security and maintenance requirements for all equipment and accounts.
  • Assist in the continual development of the company’s software platforms.
  • Build Admin skills in both Salesforce and Google through independent learning as time allows.
  • Report on, mass upload and edit company data as directed
  • Participate in monthly Salesforce Committee meetings with Supervisor and appropriate staff to understand current organizational requirements and potential future needs, as necessary.
  • Provide project management support to each vertical as needed.
  • Report daily to Supervisor on recurring issues and tasks completed.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to Supervisor, as appropriate.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in IT field is preferred.
    • Ability to accommodate M-F in-office work schedule, as well as occasional evening/weekend work if necessary.


    Experience:


    • One (1) year experience with hardware and software systems integration, preferably in a service-based industry.
    • One (1) year experience in PC installation/configuration/troubleshooting personal computers and software applications.
    • Demonstrated Apple iPhone setup and troubleshooting experience preferred.
